Marina Huang has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1996 specializing in the sales and marketing of homes throughout Silicon Valley including Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Saratoga, San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos and Milpitas. Consistently outstanding in her field, she has received numerous awards in recognition of her exemplary performance in the real estate industry. Her recent awards include the prestigious International Diamond Society in 1999, International President's Circle in 2000 and 2001, Previews Property Specialist since 2001, Inernational President's Elite and top agent 3 years in a row in 2002 and 2005. She is ranked top 4% of Coldwell Banker real estate associates internationally up to date in 2005 and top 5% in Sillicon Valley Realtors on San Jose Magazine. Marina and Doug moved to Alain Pinel Saratoga office as of Oct. 21, 2005 for higher quality services. Marina and Doug set up their own real estate firm Marina Huang Realty in the middle of 2008, added on top of professional training, marketing tools/technology, networking with the big firms, is the flexibility in their business policy which enbles the team even stronger in competition in the current real estate market. |

Marina came to Santa Clara County from San Francisco in 1992 and resides here ever since. She holds an MBA degree in International Business and, prior to her real estate career, worked with one of the biggest German banks and in the international business field with American import and export company. She was also actively involved in business management in the field of laser medical equipment headquatered in England, dealing with all countries over the world. The skills that she honed during this period have been vital to the success of her real estate clients today. She has excellent communication skills and a penchant for attention to detail as well as sound management skills
all of which help to make her real estate transactions sound and smooth.
Marina is married and has one daughter who graduated from Saratoga High School and currently attends college. As a result of her involvement in the education and activities of her daughter, Marina has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. She knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.
In her spare time, Marina enjoys reading, traveling, skiing, fishing, movies and music.
